Engineering Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test commonly known as EAMCET, this entrance examination will provide the admission to engineering and medical colleges in the state of Andhra Pradesh, India. EAMCET is a yearly examination written by a large number of engineering and medical aspirants in Andhra Pradesh. Now the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad (JNTUH) will conducts the EAMCET examination in every year. EAMCET EXAM is based on "Multiple choice type Questions".EAMCET paper has 160 questions with 40 marks for each subject (Maths A/Maths B/Botany, /Zoology, Physics and Chemistry). Chemistry and Physics question papers are different for E ('E' category) and AM (‘AM' category: Agriculture and Medicine) categories though the syllabus is the same for both categories.

The questions in the eamcet question paper are of multiple-choice type with four options. Many questions may be given like match the following,assertion-reason, choose the correct statement, and multiple-correct types. Students have to bubble the circles given in the OMR sheet with their appropriate answer. Bubbling of Two or more answers will be regarded as incorrect. In EAMCET examination there is no penalty for wrong answer i.e. there is no negative marking.The qualifying percentage of marks in the EAMCET Entrance Test is 25%.

The applicants who are going to appear in the examination 22nd May, 2014 for admissions into various Engineering and Medical and Agriculture degree courses. and also AP EAMCET Results 2014 will be released on 2nd June, 2014.
